Layne Austin is both an MBA Recruiter, and MBA Student at the University of California Davis MBA Program. After starting and growing a career within university recruiting, Layne is building her business acumen through the part-time MBA program at UC Davis. During our conversation, Layne spoke about her experience thus far in business school, how her time in school has helped her as an MBA recruiter.
