In this episode, we explore Gen's journey and passion for entering the sporting industry, the impact of the social media marketing aspect of the sporting industry and how graduating during its development impacted her career path across her roles at Racing.com, Melbourne Rebels, Netball and Gymnastics Victoria. We discuss the challenges of working in an Olympic sport as well as strategies to equal the gender participation gap. We also explore the impact and vision of Women Sport Australia and how she sees the future for women in sport.
