“I think seeing Wim Hoff was a mirror for me. And I was like, I could be that. I am that. I know I'm that strong. We all are. I think we all have that deep knowing, but I think this world is so full of distractions that we get lost and people are scared to feel that power within them. I think it takes sometimes a traumatic event for you to ask the questions because that's what it is. It's just asking questions - asking difficult questions and having the ability to go there. And that's what breath work does. It allows for space to ask the questions. So something traumatic doesn't have to happen to you; it's good if it does, and you get through it, but often times people fall into victimhood and don't make it out of that.”
