Today we are joined by Jacob Madden, the Production Director at Victory Family Church, in Norman, Oklahoma. Jacob has a heart that sees production as a method for transmitting the message of Christ. He constantly reminds his volunteer teams of their purpose and encourages them to see the ministry they do every week. We discuss a variety of topics including recruiting and training volunteers.
