Walker’s superpower is building financial models to underwrite mobile home parks. He leads the acquisition efforts at Open Door Capital, Brandon Turner’s mobile home park investment company. Prior to discovering his passion for real estate, Walker worked in various corporate finance, engineering, and account management roles across multiple industries. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and newborn twins.
