What have you learned recently by saying YES to an opportunity?

Let me share with you everything I learned from a single closing prayer at church because I allowed my emotions, loved myself and was open to make the most out of this experience.

Allowing our emotions when we are triggered is a blessing, an opportunity to connect with who we are, an opportunity to let God in and teach us a lesson. What is he trying to teach you while you are having this human experience?

This 30 second prayer taught me so much and helped me heal childhood trauma by simply accepting without judgement.
