The Time Lord authorities finally catch up with the Doctor over the damage to the Web of Time he caused by saving Charley’s life from the fatal crash of the R101 airship in 1930. In order to save the universe from Anti-Time, a destructive force once believed to be nothing more than superstition, former companion turned Gallifreyan President Romana II presents a plan that won’t require Charley’s death to restore the timeline.

But what the Doctor will have to sacrifice instead could change everything about himself and his relationship with Charley.
