I had the privilege of celebrating, with my daughter, opening night at their high school for the musical "Into the Woods". There is nothing more rewarding than seeing your daughter use her gifts. All I can say is WOW!!

This is how God sees you as I see my daughter.

"God loves to see you shine in your talents."

It's unfortunate that we tend to hide our talents though.

• For fear of attention. You don't want to be bothered.
• Not enough time in the day. Something has to give, and it's your talent.
• For fear of comparison. Others will compare you to those doing something similar.
• Not proud of your talent. You don't think it's up to par. Fear of perfection.
• It's just an easy excuse. It becomes a choice.

"In His grace, God has given us different gifts for doing things well. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully." ~ Romans 12:6-8
