This week's guest is Janie Jeffries, the Director of the Stowe Heights Challenge Course located in Des Moines, Iowa. She has worked in the nonprofit youth development sector for 15 years and on challenge courses for almost 20 years. We met through mutual experiential learning friendships but got to know each other over the past few years, helping each other learn how to facilitate in the virtual world.
