Are you real with yourself all the time? Because I for sure am not! We aren’t taught to be honest with each other or ourselves. I’ve noticed how big of a positive shift has changed in my life since I started being radically honest with myself & how this has trickled into relationships. Thus giving them permission to be honest & creating deeper love & trust. Spend some time daily with yourself and notice what you notice!!!
