When it starts to become cold and dark outside, many of us don't feel like ourselves.


I used to be deep in the throes of seasonal depression every year, always tired, unmotivated, and glum.


But this year, I finally ironed out a routine that has kept all symptoms of seasonal depression at bay—I've been happy, motivated, and well-rested.

So, I really want to share my tips with you guys in case it can help anyone else who wants to stay productive during these months.
