In this episode i reflect on the vast letting go that is continuing to take place in my life, and how what is on the other side is yet to be determined. this is both unsettling and beautiful; it is freedom. i reflect how this mirrors an experience i had the first time i did mushrooms, where I let go of several objects that i was holding and let them fall haphazardly on the ground, with no concern for their location. i also talk about the continual pull to solitude and silence i am experiencing.
