Tyson Lantry, A.K.A The Golden Boy is an Australian Pro Boxer in the Lightweight division. He is also a coach and trainer at Team Lantry Boxing based in Kurri Kurri. Tyson is really passionate and knowledgeable of the sport of boxing and it was great hearing about it all.  Always super interesting hearing how and why someone decides to compete in such a brutal sport.
