I recorded an impromptu podcast.

Much like many of you, I’m currently struggling to unravel my thoughts and emotions from the tragic loss of Kobe Bryant - father, husband, friend, and NBA legend. The only way I really know how to express emotions these days, is through spoken word.

After two-and-half long days of marinating on everything that surrounds me, hesitating on sharing some sentiment around what so many of us are experiencing, I’ve decided to share with you a 24-minute word vomit of how I’ve been dealing with this, and perhaps you can confide in my words and find that you can relate.

Ultimately I want this to help you as much as it’s somehow helped me, even just a little.
