Last year was one hell of a year. For many, it was full of unprecedented ups and downs, myself included.

As the first episode of 2022, I wanted to do a recap of my biggest personal self love lessons of 2021!

It's kind of like a year in review, but through a lens of self love.

My hope is that through telling this story and sharing these insights, you will receive wisdom and support in dealing with your own ups and downs.

I also share the one word I've chosen to embody in 2022 and why it feels so powerful to me.
