Welcome back to the podcast.

This episode is a little different than I had imagined. I had planned to share a new format this week, after opening up recently about doing things different and in my own unique way.

The mind can sometimes play tricks on us and I found myself inundated with voices of self doubt.

So here I am, sharing my experience today of self doubt and my process of working my way back to my Truth; that anything is possible, if I can just get out of my own way.

I hope this episode reminds you to listen to the heart's whispers over the conditioned, fearful stories of the mind, telling you anything otherwise.
