Today's episode is about the gift of adversity, and some of the ways we can approach periods of our life to get the most out to them. I thought of the line today when talking with a friend, "we hate (adversity) it when we’re in it, but we point to it as the moments that changed everything when we are out of it."

1) Outside pressure demands a new internal process

a. When I am going through a tough time, the first thing I check into is not losing the rising and setting sun. dare not to let days spiral into each other

2) What you do not hate, you will eventually tolerate.

a. 1st investigate the parts of me that contributed to being in this circumstance in the first place.

b. If adversity takes something away… it makes you realize what you loved, and prepares you to fight

- So here is what I was looking today -  I believe there is a weakness, a blind spot that adversity is pointing to… for me, what I want to look at catching is the rationalizations that are limiting!
