Today I am addressing the energy blockages that manifest in the body as disease (dis-ease) and what we can do to prevent and heal it.

Our body is always communicating to us and if we stop, pay attention and hear, we will see the root of our emotional, physical, spiritual ailments.

The body is not just physical, but energetic and etheric.

We can self-heal and the power to do so comes with awareness, more specifically, self-awareness.
