Dr. Jacqueline Olich is the Vice President of University Collaborations at RTI International, and a proud Russian Historian. RTI International is a mission-driven, non-profit organization, and there, Jackie is an overseer, a leader, and a resource for internships, partnerships, and the like. She joins us in this podcast recorded live in class to give insight into her story, how she handles her priorities, the concept of liminal space, and managing the pandemic at RTI. “I give myself permission to have fun,” Jackie said, explaining stepping out of her comfort zone, facing challenges, finding normalcy, and creating opportunities.
