Everybody out there tells you "get a mentor".

Are they useful?

Hell yeah.

But people expect that mentors solve all their problems and magically become successful.

That's not how it works.

A mentors guides you and/or provides you with the right info and then you need to EXECUTE.

Having a mentor is just 5% or the formula.

The other 95% is working your ass off in order to make it happen.
