Today we are joined by special guest, Nicole Speeney! Nicole is currently a graduate student and dietetic intern who will be pursuing her license as a Registered Dietitian. Nicole strives to help women who struggle with orthorexia and restriction due to her own experience with disordered eating as a D1 athlete in her private practice, Expedition Nutrition.    Over the next 32 minutes, we dive into how as a dietetic student you can push back against diet culture and adopt a more holistic approach. Nicole shares her experience as a dietetic intern. We discuss the lack of education on eating disorders in nutrition programs, the importance of a weight-inclusive approach, and the ongoing journey to improve the support and understanding of individuals with disordered eating and eating disorders.   In today’s episode, we cover:
