This week's guest is Mansoor Kazi. The dude's a gangster when it comes to education & corporate pedigree. But here's the really cool thing: this brother also grew up in a small business *dry cleaner* in none other than Augusta, Georgia. Dats right, dry cleaning for rich golfers, you gotta hear his stories about Sergio & Tiger (ehem, he also shares some great stories about consulting lol).
As a Partner at Bain & Company, Mansoor's focus is on retail, customer strategy, and implementing growth/turnaround strategies. And get this, Mansoor also advises private equity guys on potential acquisitions for various funds across multiple industries, including Consumer Products, Healthcare, Industrials, and Chemicals.
And, MOST IMPORTANTLY, we then got into "A-B-C" -- always be closing, baby. Best example we had? One of my boys who kept asking women on the street for a date until one of them said Yes. Guess how many he had to ask? CLICK TO LISTEN.....
