Vangelis is an educator and practitioner in dance, healing and spirituality having over 20 years of experience. As the founder of Unity Space, a place of integration for all embodiment and spiritual disciplines and modalities, his main purpose is to learn, practice, co-create, and together, evolve as human kind.

On his path of exploring the alignment of the body, the mind, the heart and the spirit, he found the answers in the importance of arts and somatics for the highest potential of our being. By knowing that we are all healers, we heal ourselves, by believing in it we return to unity and we remember who we are and what we came to offer to this world.

In this episode, we both share the experience of teaching and being taught by teachers and students, being a man in this world, finding our greatest goal in life, the great opportunities for healing in each of the moments we live, the understanding of the energies in the space we hold as facilitators and the different dynamics that we find when relating in community and within our own being.

My recognition to Vangelis... he has been teaching me and facilitating this last month in Athens a teacher training course in Integrative Somatic Arts and thanks to the combination of Qigong, Yoga, Breathwork, Dance, Healing, Embodiment, Meditation and Somatics, my spiritual path and understanding of life has changed completely for the better. Aligning ourselves is aligning ourselves with the world and letting the world align with us.
