The combination of entertainment and design can be a difficult one. On one hand you have a scientific method with quantifiable proof's, substantiated arguments and an inherent logic. On the other you have what tickles the fancy of a crowd and this is typically impossible to quantify, argue against or apply any sort of logic to (there is a reason you don't see engineers with psychology degrees and vice versa).
