“It doesn't have to be something massive. It can be something really small, like the feel of a brand new pair of socks. So really little but I found that gratitude helped so much, especially when you're feeling a bit down. If you enter into a state of gratitude and just think of three things, you're grateful for, you can't feel any other way, but grateful. It's a really special thing.”
