I’ve got a great guest for you this week, his name is Dr. Brendan McNulty. He wasn’t a Dr. when he and I were roommates but he is now. He’s a physical therapist and he works with a lot of common running injuries. We chat about some of our past adventures and ultrarunning, our good buddy Logan and we go over ways to mitigate running injuries, both physical and mental. Brendan has run several ultramarathons including the Leadville 100 and Grindstone 100. He was there with me when I ran the Grand Canyon rim to rim to rim with a broken hand. Good times!
