Welcome back to the Let’s Get Uncomfy Podcast! Today we are talking about starting and actually sticking to good habits. We all struggle with setting goals like this and I am no different honestly. We are on this journey together! So, I wanted to share some of the things I have done to get myself to stick to positive habits.
This came up for me on my IG stories and I asked my community what they were struggling with and I am starting off this episode by sharing some of those responses because they are so real! These are the struggles people have on the first day of starting a new positive habit. I think it is really important to recognize these things so that we can overcome them, because if we are not honest with ourselves on where we are at, then we will probably not get to where we want to go.
