It has been another year at the mercy of Covid-19, but I hope that 2022 will be a good year with the pandemic over.
Well, today's Japanese expression is "Ikemen（イケメン）".
Ikemen means cool, handsome or attractive guy.
The word Ikemen is made up of two parts, iketeru and men, and iketeru means to look good or to look stylish.
Men is Japanese katanaka word メン, it means men or 面(men, meaning face).
It's used in Japanese anime and manga for cool and popular men.
