As you head into a "Big Event" day..like the Super Bowl, or holiday, family gathering, even vacation, It's important to have the right mindset and some type of strategy so as not to get completely off track with you fitness/diet/health etc. We talk briefly about some strategies heading into a day where there will likely be a large amount calories consumed.
