Reggae and rock -- both great motivators when it comes to BPM-paced workouts. My last reggae rock mix was very well received so here's another that features many variations of both genres.
This is an interval run with 3 speed bursts of 184 BPM. Each one is a segment of Sam Page's "Alone Then." An uninterrupted version of Sam's track is at the end of the episode. Be sure you're fit to run these fast segments. If not, lay back or take short steps. It's still a great run.
I'm grateful to Cyber PR, Mevio.com, and the outstanding indie artists for for their contributions and help in producing this episode.
And a big thanks to Troy Warden for his great intro.
