Alex Grundy is the co-founder of Open Kitchen, their mission is to help millions of British citizens access nutritious food without risking their lives. Through a national community-based initiative, Open Kitchens will utilise closed restaurants to deliver free meals to those in need.  

He also helps private equity firms identify pre and post-acquisition opportunities to leverage the supply market and consistently deliver high return on investment and double-digit EBITDA growth.
