Camilla Zamboni (she/her) teaches Educational Game Design as well as Italian language and culture at Wesleyan University (Connecticut, USA). She focuses on innovative, reflective, and radical pedagogy, particularly at the nexus of language learning, open educational resources (OERs), analog game-based learning, and tabletop game design. Camilla regularly presents at conferences in US and Italy, and she is currently editing a volume on creating micro tabletop role-playing games for the classroom called Roll for Learning. She is also a game designer and translator: her latest projects are Planétes, a language-learning ttrpg created with Alessia Caviglia, and Folk, a ttrpg to explore folklore created with CampfireRPG.
