Julia deVille is an artist, jeweller and taxidermist. Her use of taxidermied animals, often partially encrusted with precious stones and presented on expensive silverware, are both beautiful and eerie. They challenge our disregard for and consumption of wild and domesticated animals, as well as honouring their life by immortalising their beauty.
