An ex Green Beret, in 2001 Larry Broughton founded California-based Broughton Hotels, a leader in the boutique hotel industry. The company’s portfolio now includes nearly 20 hospitality projects throughout California and Chicago, IL and is about to grow to 65 in 2019 through expanding in the United Kingdom.

Larry talks to Ed Andrew about his transition into civilian life, finding his purpose, mentorship, the battles of being an entrepreneur and how love is more important than money.
