Of Monsters and Men are an indie folk band with a dash of pop from Iceland. Because of where they’re from, they usually get mentioned with the likes of Bjork and Sigur Ros. While all the above are amazing artists, Of Monsters and Men are in a world of their own. This week on the show, we are enjoyed by co-singer and guitarist Ragnar “Raggi” Þórhallsson. I try my best to inquire about their leaked cameo on the upcoming season of Game of Thrones, but to no avail. I tried folks. However, it’s good to know that he likes to chill out on Friday nights to the music of Ray Charles, Death Cab for Cutie, and Bon Iver.
