Listen To This Episode If…

You are a spiritual entrepreneur who wants to grow their business but is unsure how to approach expanding it in a way that builds long lasting and trusting relationships.

SHOWNOTES:

I’ve created 3 businesses since 2008, which has been a golden age for entrepreneurship. As we face the threat of a recession on the horizon, I’ve been craving conversations with people who’s businesses have weathered the storms of hard economic times before.

Enter: Al Marquis. Al is an attorney who’s firm just celebrated their 50 year anniversary. When I started riding horses on his ranch in Sandy Valley, it was a pleasant and unexpected surprise to find a business mentor in the saddle next to me.  I’ve learned so much from our evening ride conversations that I wanted to share his wisdom with you.

What You'll Learn in this Episode:

  • Strategies for setting up your business to weather hard economic times
  • How to build strong relationships with clients and ways to make them feel valued
  • How simple, fair contracts that are worded in a way that creates clear expectations can create a foundation for a trust-based relationship
  • How hiring the right people to do the right kind of work can give you the freedom to expand and innovate
  • Strategies for finding employees that align with your philosophy and how to retain them long-term
