Nancy is a therapist, nutritionist, mediation teacher, and energy healer from New York and is my spiritual counselor, whom I adore. She speaks on the importance of following our hearts. She believes you have the right to claim your sovereignty and listen to your own knowingness. She speaks on how we do a lot of projecting in our society and that the only we do know it ourself. Remembering that we are all her seeking love. Knowing that your mind is not the truth of who you are. There are more chakras then the basic 7 and the colors of the chakras are not definite. Some of the other chakras are the well of dreams, earth star + crown of crowns. The role of a parent is to provide a safe space for your children and then let them go and embrace their sovereignty. We live in a world that’s overstimulating so it’s important to center yourself and remember there are many paths you can follow. If you’re need help, ask and the help will come. Not taking things personally, because everybody perceives things in their own way. How talking therapy sometimes isn’t enough and the importance of moving energy. She gives you the tools to heal you and she’s not there to heal you.
