There are certain situations and things that can trigger our emotions and thoughts, which can haunt us even during a peaceful night. Trauma influences us on every level, mind and body. A lot of our trauma is created from childhood, and it continues to develop, damaging our experiences, relationships, and achieving our highest potentiality. To heal trauma, one must first need to feel it.


Now is the time to stop trying to be strong by suppressing your emotions and start a journey of releasing and healing your trauma. 


In today's episode, Nicole delves deep into the roots of trauma in our body, how traumatic experience manifests into our current behaviors, the consequences of ignoring the inner wounds, and the value of being trauma-informed.
