There’s a myth out there that success means a seven-figure business, a flashy team, and an agency setup — but that’s not the only way to grow. In fact, I believe (and have experienced firsthand) that staying small can often be the most powerful route to success.
In this episode, I’m talking about what it really means to be a “company of one,” why I made my staff redundant and returned to working from home, and how redefining success helped me build a simpler, more profitable, and much happier business. We’ll explore how outsourcing key tasks — like to a VA, a podcast editor, or an accountant — can still support growth without giving away your autonomy or peace of mind.
