Recently we had the great opptunity to spend time with Ken Callaway, Bardstown Bourbon Company master blender and Amanda Miller, New Product Development Project Manager, to discuss all things Bardstown, including their Distillery Reserve Collection. We were able to taste the Cascadia and Mars releases, as well as some of the components to the Mars release, which is the first blended whiskey release. Great people, great company and great whiskey!
