87. Breath Work: Why It is Important in Pursuing Wellness

The very essence of our life is based on the fact that we breathe. The miraculous ways breath can enter into our lungs and oxygenate our lungs is quite powerful.  The beauty of science is that it eventually backs up the very evidence of a Creator.  In the beginning, God breathed into every living thing.  Without the breath from our Creator, we cease to exist. 

You have heard me say many times on this show how important it is to connect back into your body.  The way we can go about life and not connect with our very bodies is quite remarkable yet it is not connecting to our very essence.

The benefits of breath work is overwhelming, and science backs it up.  Listen today to hear the creative ways we can use our breath to connect back into wellness including breath prayer, deep breathing, meditative breathing, etc.
