Are you an emotional eater? For many of us the answer is yes. We eat when we are sad, lonely, feeling unloved or even bored. These practices, in the moment, can make us feel good and yet after we have finished our pizza, ice cream or block of chocolate we generally feel worse. Which leads to more binging and feeling terrible. In this week's episode I am talking all about emotional eating and giving you the understanding and tools to better overcome these urges and better connect to your emotions.
