Mark Twain once said, “it ain’t what you don’t know that gets you into trouble, it’s what you know for sure that just ain’t so”. The blessing and curse of doing what I do is that tags jump out and bite me thousands of times a day. I actually can’t help but identify labels as they are swirling around in our world. This week was no different. I’ve heard four people in the last two days tell me a personality trait that they have and then solidified that statement with, “it’s just who I am, I’m fine with it”.

The only problem with that is that it could be true and it could be false depending on how well these people know themselves. Today’s episode highlights self-awareness and the value it has in our lives.
