The destruction of ISIS and the subsequent killing of Omar al Baghdadi shows that we can actually post a tactical victory on the board it now and again. We can win if we want to. But now we need to do something different. We need to take this tactical victory and start talking about moving onto a strategic future where we actually win the struggle against political Islam.
