Have you ever felt the nudge to compare yourself to someone else’s life? As an entrepreneur, they don’t tell you the part where comparison likes to creep in at a moment's notice. Comparison is the process of constantly evaluating our own behavior, thoughts, emotions, relationships, businesses, house, clothes, looks, and lives to each other. It’s one of the most damaging internal narratives we can have. With comparing comes fear of failure, fear of not being or doing enough and it can be so debilitating sometimes. So if you ever got caught in the comparison trap I hear you, I’ve been there, and so has my guest. I'm so thrilled to share Tess’s story and insights into her own comparison experiences, how it affected her as a photographer, and what steps she took to create a shift. Enjoy this chat amongst friends and tell me have you ever compared yourself to someone. About the Guest: Tess is a documentation photographer based in Austin, Texas. .
