Me and Randy are back this week with another classic records episode. This one is for the New York / New Jersey peeps in particular. Circus or Power released their seminal record Vices back in 1990. It stands apart with its stories of down-and-out loners, journeys through the seedy underbelly of New York City, punk-infused blues riffs and a lyrical darkness calls to mind the best of Leadbelly, Howlin’ Wolf and Roy Orbison.
