Robin Malinga & Raymond Malinga are the founders of Creatures Animation, a 3D animation company based in Kampala Uganda. Their popularity has grown due to the release of their upcoming animated short; A Kalabanda ate my Homework. In part one of this interview, we discuss the origin of Creatures Animation and some of the hurdles the industry has to overcome. We also look at the key aspects involved in making an animated film from scratch as well as the fundamentals to consider when drafting a story.
