And today, we're gonna be talking about a pretty important topic, which is what to do if you hate yourself. Okay, now, there's an epidemic of low self esteem and low confidence in our culture.
I'm not completely sure why that's the case, I guess there's a chance that it's always been that way. But I've only been alive for 33 years at this point, while 34 years now. And so I can only speak for you know, the later end of that.
But I have a feeling that it's probably always been like that to a point. And the reason being is because the vast majority of people, by default are a lot more self conscious than they are, like self aware. So you're, you know, you're judging yourself rather than evaluating yourself. And so that's kind of the main thing. And when you judge yourself, what you're doing is you're kind of looking at yourself through a lens, like a critical lens, you know, of criticism, and you're looking at all the flaws, you're trying to find all the flaws, right? And razz when you're self-aware, is trying to be aware of the processes that are going on and being honest about them.
