Whitney is a lifelong runner, founder of The Mother Runners, (a resource for moms who run), VDOT-O2 certified running coach, 2:56 marathoner, freelance writer, a former award-winning TV news journalist…and most importantly, a mom of two beautiful, crazy kids. She’s also the host of the podcast The Passionate Runner & a regular contributor to Runnerclick.com & Marathon Handbook.com. She currently resides in Knoxville, TN.

In this fun conversation, we chat with Whitney about her running journey, including running a 2:56 marathon despite dealing with an injury and with clear goals for trying to qualifying for the 2020 Olympic Trials.
