It was a challenging week.
Everything was safe, but the files looked like the proverbial frog-in-a-blender.
AND, this one was the one that had the most work to do on it!
This week, I am talking about what was the largest man-made explosion before the atomic bombs were dropped in World War II. The Halifax Explosion.
If you do have any questions, or is there something that you would like me to talk about?
I encourage you to contact me at [email protected] – and let me know - I'll mention you on the show (unless you don't want me to) – and you'll forever be able to say, “I got James to say my name, way back before he was a super celebrity!”
Check out these links mentioned in this show – and others, just because:
The Halifax Explosion
Halifax Explosion National Historic Site
Maps of the Devastation
Vince Coleman - the man who saved hundreds
More photos from the disaster
The CNIB
Thanks go to TrenoX8, DavidDumaisAudio, and SoundReality from Pixabay for the music and sound effects I used this week.
